Effective Date: 01/01/2026

DirectOD LLC, doing business as DirectVision (“DirectVision,” “DirectOD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to making our websites, enrollment pages, portals, and digital services (collectively, the “Services”) accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including individuals with disabilities.

  1. Our Commitment
We aim to provide an accessible and usable experience for all visitors. We work to improve the accessibility of the Services on an ongoing basis and to address accessibility barriers when they are identified.

  2. Accessibility Standards and Guidelines
We strive to align our Services with widely recognized accessibility guidelines, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, or comparable standards, to the extent reasonably practicable given the nature of the Services and the technology used to operate them.

  3. Accessibility Features and Ongoing Improvements
Our accessibility efforts may include, where reasonable:

  • Supporting keyboard navigation and logical focus order

  • Providing sufficient color contrast for important content

  • Using clear headings and consistent page structure

  • Supplying text alternatives for key images where applicable

  • Designing forms to be understandable and usable with assistive technologies

  • Improving error identification and instructions on enrollment and billing forms

  • Testing updates to reduce accessibility regressions

Because the Services may include embedded third-party components (for example, payment processing tools, form engines, scheduling tools, chat widgets, or analytics scripts), certain accessibility features may be influenced by those third parties. We encourage users to notify us if they experience issues so we can evaluate workarounds or alternatives where feasible.

  1. Known Limitations
We are continuously improving, but some parts of the Services may not yet be fully accessible. This may occur due to:

  • Third-party tools or components outside our direct control

  • Legacy pages, templates, or PDF documents not originally designed with accessibility in mind

  • Variations in user devices, browsers, assistive technologies, and settings

We will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility issues within a commercially reasonable timeframe based on severity, impact, and technical feasibility.

  1. Feedback and Assistance
If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Services, need assistance completing an enrollment step, or want to report an accessibility issue, please contact us and include:

  • The page or feature you were trying to use

  • The type of device and browser you were using

  • Any assistive technology involved (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

We will make reasonable efforts to provide information in an alternative format or assist you through a different method when appropriate.

  1. Third-Party Sites
The Services may link to third-party sites or include third-party components. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their accessibility. However, we welcome feedback about third-party accessibility barriers encountered through our Services, and we may share that feedback with the relevant provider where appropriate.

  2. Updates to This Statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect improvements or changes to our Services. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

  3. Legal Notes
Nothing in this Accessibility Statement is intended to create contractual obligations beyond those required by applicable law. We will respond to accessibility requests consistent with applicable legal requirements and operational feasibility.
